Review & Swatches|||Bellapierre Contour & Highlight Pro Palette

Bellapierre Highlight and contour.I picked up the Bellapierre Contour and Highlight Pro Palette and it’s great that it is made from 100% natural minerals too. They have a loose powder form of this kit aswell but for contouring and highlighting I find the regular powder easier to work with.

Bellapierre Contour and highlight instructions

I really like the way Bellapierre Cosmetics have step by step instructions enclosed in many of their make up products. It’s nice to know other ways to apply things. With this product it comes with a face shape chart on how to contour based on your face shape. As the colour pans are magnetic they can be easily taken out, which I found was cool if I wanted to just  bring two pans along with me rather than taking all them together.

The added feature of the mirror made it easier to see which areas to apply the powder which I thought was great.

My first impressions of it, was that the palette design was very similar to the Anastasia Beverley Hills contour and highlight kit, nearly identical. The powders blend very well and have a smooth texture to them. They really are top notch.

The powders also give a matte finish to both the contour and highlight. The limoncello shade mixed with the cappuccino shade is the one I use for concealing my under eye area and for highlighting, it works a treat.

For the contouring it really depends on what look I am going for on a particular day. I really like how the shades are an all rounder, you can go for a more natural contour or a more heavy contour for a dramatic look.

What products do you use to contour and highlight? I’d love to hear them 🙂

Thanks for reading,

Alli-Xx

This contouring palette looks really professional! I am currently using the Laguna-Orgasm duo from NARS as well as a palette from a Japanese brand called Kate at the moment. 😉

I gave up on trying to contour, just takes too much time. I use Bare Minerals for the foundation, powder, and then blush.

Your not on your own there. It can be frustrating at times with all the blending involved. I found it a process of trial and error. The Bellapierre Palette was one I found easy to blend and the shades really sit nicely against my skin tone.
I also love Bare Minerals too!
